Foxmarks
Thank you Mozilla! The reason I didn’t post yesterday was due to the “Blue Screen of Death” and cryptic wireless Internet instructions that delayed my return to the World Wide Web.
However, by the hair of my chinny chin chin, I downloaded Foxmarks and was able to preserve my Firefox bookmarks (a never-ending collection of knowledge and wishful thinking), as well as my bookmarks toolbar. This was a real lifesaver! Additionally, the synchronizing feature makes sure that no matter what computer I am on – my bookmarks will follow with me. Another thing, it’s a free add-on - what more can you ask for?
Two thumbs up!
Since I like getting ready for Halloween early, I’d like to say that Level 1 customer service at Time Warner (for Road Runner) is frightfully frustrating. It took about an hour to tell me they couldn’t help, where a transfer to “Level 2″ solved the same problem in about 2 minutes.
