Surfing a Yahoo Music blog discussing the fate of the music album, I skimmed/scrolled the content and encountered the video for Leona Lewis’ “Bleeding Love.” I have to say that I didn’t think I would like it, but the video is very entertaining and has some really beautiful qualities to it.

Over the past couple of months, I’ve been seeing Lewis’ face – popping up on music stations and showcased in the back of Jet magazine. I couldn’t state one fact about her outside of the title of her hit song. So, I decided to investigate a bit and share three things about Leona Lewis.

1) Lewis was the winner of the third season of “The X Factor” – a televised talent show.

2) “Bleeding Love” is her second single, which was the best-selling single in the United Kingdom for 2007.

3) Lewis won PETA’s Sexiest Vegetarian kudos alongside Anthony Kiedis (of the Red Hot Chili Peppers) in 2008. She’s been meat-free since she was 12 years old.
