There are over 20 different flavors of Chobani Greek Yogurt Flips, and I’ve been trying to sample the flavors that have most caught my eye. I’m a huge fan of pear and honey, so it’s only natural that I try the Pure Pear & Honey Flip. Chobani’s line of ‘flip’ yogurt containers has two compartments that separate the yogurt from specific ingredients that you bend at one corner to release the contents.

Pure Pear & Honey is comprised of unsweetened, whole milk Greek yogurt with a side of pears and honey. I haven’t had whole milk-anything in quite a long time, but the pear/honey flavor of this ‘Flip’ really appealed to me. I was skeptical whether the pear mixture would easily slide into the yogurt, but it did. The combination of ingredients is delicious – light, fruity, and offering just the right amount of sweetness. The cubed pear pieces have a nice, firm texture to them, and are not mushy at all, which I initially expected.

Natural, non-GMO ingredients are used to make this Chobani Greek yogurt, which also contains no artificial flavors or sweeteners; no preservatives; contains three types of probiotics; is vegetarian friendly and Kosher certified; and includes the health benefits of live and active cultures. The yogurt is also gluten free.

The Pure Pear & Honey Flip is 140 calories, and is packed with 11 grams of protein (22% of your recommended daily value – RDV) and 15% of your RDV of calcium.

Would I buy this again? Yes, the yogurt tastes really good, and at 140 calories, I don’t feel guilty eating this whole milk product. For a more substantial snack, the Pure Pear & Honey Chobani Greek Yogurt Flip would probably go well with granola as a topping.
