Who can resist a sweet treat for a good cause?
Now through this Father’s Day, Wendy’s is hosting their Father’s Day Frosty Weekend tradition for the sixth year in a row, where you can help raise money for Wendy’s Wonderful Kids program – an offshoot of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption that helps find permanent loving homes for children in foster care.
How to Participate
- You can purchase any Frosty product on Saturday, June 16 and Sunday, June 17. For each Frosty product purchased, participating Wendy’s will donate 50-cents to Wendy’s Wonderful Kids. This offer includes the original Frosty, parfaits, shakes and floats – I’ve been personally eying the Wild Berry Frosty Shake.
- Use a mobile-friendly website to check in at Wendy’s during Father’s Day Weekend (June 16 and 17 only) and they will donate 50-cents. You can find Wendy’s special mobile-friendly website at www.wendys.com/treatitforward.
- RE-Tweet! Now through Father’s Day, re-tweet one of @Wendys special Twitter posts with the hashtag #TreatItFwd—and Wendy’s will make a 50-cent donation. Show your support by following @Wendys on Twitter https://twitter.com/wendys.
Last year, Wendy’s made a whopping $1.4 million donation that they’d like to beat this time around. With your social media savvy and love of Frostys, we can make this a successful Father’s Day weekend.
